3 Rules for adding new makeup

I have three rules for adding new makeup and today I am sharing all those rules with you AND my current wishlist. I am a slow makeup buyer. I don’t buy things immediately (unless it’s for a review) and I usually wait months or sometimes even years before I decide to make a purchase. So I thought I could share how I go about my purchases and what I am currently thinking about buying this year.

3 rules for adding new makeup

I love keeping these rules in the back of my brain whenever I want to buy new makeup. It makes it easier to shop and it makes it easier to know what to focus on AND to stay within my budget. So let’s dig in and see what it is that I am looking to buy and how I decide to do that (and yes, I haven’t bought makeup for just me in nearly three months).
