Two and a half years ago, I did a video on cool toned eyeshadow palettes. But since then, new palettes have been released and so I thought it was time for an update. In that first video I talked about Too Faced’s Chocolate Bon Bons, Zoeva En Taupe, Urban Decay Naked 2 and Lorac Pro 2. So those won’t be featured in here. Today I have four new palettes for you that we will be discussing.
