Fall is my favorite fashion season. I love the layers, I love the color palette and it is my favorite season of the year in general. That is why I always get a little overexcited whenever the fall fashion starts rolling out in stores. I am that person that shops faux fur coats in the boiling summer heat and always feel a little sad when cardigan season is over. For 2018, there are quite some trends that I have found that are totally up my street. So I thought I would talk you through my 10 favorite fall fashion trends for the season and show you some pieces already in my wardrobe that are 100% on trend.
Fall 2018 fashion trends
I always like to shop my wardrobe before a new fashion season starts as it means I am able to see what I already have. I can see which older items are still perfect for the new season, which may need fixing or polishing up and which gaps there still are in my wardrobe so I can shop strategically. If you have seen my hauls, then you know that I update my closet every season. However, I am definitely someone who likes hanging on to things as well. I want to make my clothing last for as long as it can and this is one way I make sure that happens. Some of the items in this video I have had for close to or more than a decade, but they are still amazing pieces that I continue to get the wear out of. It just goes to show that if you hang on to things, you will never be out of style.
