5 eyeshadows under €5

You know I love eyeshadow palettes, but I also like a single from time to time. I thought I would talk you through 5 single eyeshadows that literally cost next to nothing. These are all under €5 each, which is perfect if you are someone who is easily overwhelmed by a pull palette. Or maybe you’re just not into complicated makeup looks. Whatever floats your boat, eyeshadow definitely does not have to be expensive in order for it to be good.  5 shadows under 5

5 eyeshadows under €5

These eyeshadows range from costing a mere €1.50 to the high point of our budget €4.99. I am not sure whether all these shades are still available as I have had a few of these for quite some time. I know one of these I decluttered as one of these shattered and that just let to loads of crumbling and a messy product to use. But still, I wanted to mention these as I want to show you that you don’t have to spend buckets of money to find great makeup.

Catrice Absolute Eye Colour Bring Me Frosted Cake – Bring me Frosted Cake is a Catrice classic. This has been around for years and it is a very boring shade but a good one to have. It is a matt cream and it fell of my swatch below as it is pretty much identical to my skin tone. A great shade for setting eyeshadow primers and highlighting brow bones. Price: €2.89

Make Up Academy Shade 9 Pearl – I bought this after seeing Julia Graf use it in a makeup tutorial. And for a drugstore eyeshadow this is pretty cool. It is a purple with a blue shift to it. The real kicker? This only costs 1 pound!

Catrice – MUA – Catrice – Terra Naturi – Hema

Catrice Prêt-à-Lumière Longlasting Shadow Allez Les Bleus – This line of eyeshadow has been discontinued, but I couldn’t pass up showing you this stunning blue shade. It does need a lot of building up, but if you have the patience to work with this shade it can be a beautiful shadow to wear. This line wasn’t the best overall, so I get why it was discontinued, but still also in the drugstore you can find some fun shades. Price: €4.99.

Terra Naturi Naturkosmetik Metallic Mono Eyeshadow Mulberry – I found this shadow on vacation in Budapest. This is my only souvenir from that trip, so this is a tad special for me. These shadow retailed for around €2.50 each, which is a steal. Other than that, I don’t know anything about this product or brand other than that it seems to be a German brand that has all natural cosmetics.

Hema eyeshadow trio Rosé Brown – This was a shade when it eventually broke. These shadows are very fragile, but I still really enjoy them. You can use these wet or dry and I was impressed with the pigmentation. I bought it mainly for that plummy brown and that is a great shade still, but sadly that is also the shade that broke. They also do this in a gorgeous green combo. Price: €4.99.

It is a great one. It is surprisingly nice over a black base.

All my eyeshadow is cheap 😆 nude pallets are my fave. I have a knockoff Naked pallet

I don’t really like the knock off palettes. I own a few, but only of palettes that I have no interest in getting the high end palette of as the quality of the high end palette isn’t great or it has weird textures. But I try to go for the original as much as I can. I do have a cheaper dupe of Naked 3 so I can use it when I travel and don’t risk breaking my more expensive version.
