It’s time for some fall inspired nail art. I simply didn’t have the time to create anything interesting the past few weeks with my being sick and all. So I walked around with bare nails for a while. I had already planned what to put on my nails. I bought this mustard colored nail polish from Urban Outfitters a while ago, but I had not worn it. Mustard isn’t always a flattering color on your nails and so I decided to use it as a base color for a nail look. I paired it with some petrol/ greenish blue colors and thought it would be bang on for fall. To do something different than usual, I tried to make diagonal stripes on my nails. It didn’t work out as well on every nail, but hey, I still think it looks pretty.

Mustard & Petrol
Products used:
Etos nail hardener in extra strong
Urban Outfitters Mustard
Catrice Be Pool (LE)
Essie Dive Bar
INM out the door fast drying topcoat

It’s a bit bumpy here and there, but I didn’t use any special tools for this. I just used the brushes that already came with the polish. Makes sure you let every layer dry sufficiently before moving on to the next as you could mess up your design otherwise.
