In this month’s Tea Time Chat I tag onto some videos I saw done by other creators. Both Robert Welsh and Erica Conger were talking about the lack of reviews in the beauty community. It is rare for creators to go beyond a first impression and I thought I could add my two cents.
There are a few reasons why I think reviews aren’t done in a better way from the way social media algorithms work, down to the nature of a makeup review that is inherently going to be subjective once you talk about it from a users perspective. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t try to do better so I also talk about how I like to review products and how I work going back to products into my channel and overall content.
