Today I am doing something a little bit differently. I am still doing my makeup, but rather than discuss my makeup I will be discussing how I am doing 10 months after my thorasic outlet syndrome diagnosis instead. How have I been? What have been the main setbacks and challenges? And is life still going up? Overall it is, but the past few months have been quite the rollercoaster.

From big changes in how I feel to a major setback over the Christmas period: the past few months have been very eventful you could say. But I have to say I am yet again feeling better and noticing bigger and smaller improvements in my overall health, energy levels and especially how much pain I am in. Here’s to the next few months and more improvements.
