Today I am sharing with you my top 10 topper shades. These shimmer eyeshadows are special: they are transparent or translucent, have little to no base and they therefore go with any eye look. Put it over a deep base color and the shade will look completely different. What magic! These are the most whimsical, special, ethereal looking toppers in my collection.
