When Catrice comes out with a new blush I want to try it! So when they released the Catrice Soft Glam Baked Blush in their new Fall/ Winter 2025 collection I was excited. This comes in a four shades and it looks like it’s a dupe of the Rare Beauty baked blushes that come in very similar packaging.
So yes, if you were wondering: these are dupes for the Rare Beauty baked blushes. This feels exactly the same and even the shades look similar. In terms of performance this does exactly the same thing as well: these are soft, but blendable blushes that last well and look gorgeous on the cheeks.

The biggest difference between the Catrice and the Rare Beauty? The price point. The CAtrice one is only €4.69 which is a fraction of the price of the Rare Beauty. So if you were looking for a more affordable version of a high end blush than this would be it. This blush is now available, like all new Catrice products, from any retailer that sells Catrice. But it may take some time before these products are available globally.
What does this product have to offer?
So according to the Catrice website this can be used as blush or a highlighter. But depending on the shade you get this may not be the best highlighter. All shades are quite colorful so unless you have very deep skin you will not be able to use these as a highlighter. The formula is quite soft but at the same time the pigment is buildable and easy to apply.
What does this look like in a swatch?
Swatched on the back of my hand you can see that this shade is quite the shapeshifter. There is a peachy golden coral but when this hits the light you can see the cooler berry tone this has. There is quite a strong sheen but on the cheeks that translates to a beautiful natural flushy glow. This has everything I want: I can pile it on and it never looks crazy and it goes with every look you can possibly put together.
What does this look like on the cheeks?
Here you can see the result of the blush is very natural, but still not super unnoticeable. It has just the right amount of pigment and the right amount of effect. It’s a soft, natural blushy look that looks great on the cheeks. I love the wear time of this. Yes the formula is soft, so your brush will leave trace marks in the product, but it’s really not a big deal.
Should you buy the Catrice Soft Glam Baked Blush?
I think this is one of the best products Catrice has come out with in years. If you are looking for a great blush that gives the same effect as the Rare Beauty, you will love this blush. It is affordable, does the same thing as a high end product and it really is a beautiful effect on the cheeks. Highly recommend this one.
