We all know I love my cool tones and that goes for any aspect of my makeup. So highlighter is definitely one of them as well. And I have really changed gears over the years with what type of highlighters I love. I have gone from very intense super reflective highlighters that sat on the skin to more subtle, lit from within kinds of highlighters. So these are the best ones I have found for fair skin with a cool to neutral undertone.
And you know me: I like throwing in a mix of things. But when it comes to highlighters, I have expensive taste. I seem to love Fenty the best (I now have three!) and of the 11 highlighters I am sharing in this video only two are from the drugstore.
