We all know I love shopping at the drugstore and not only because it tends to be cheaper. But because there are usually some seriously good products around that are even better than high end. One such product? Studio London Face Gloss. It’s an exact dupe for RMS Beauty’s Living Luminizer. Will the cream blush from the same brand be as good?

This product is as cheap as chips and comes in five shades. I picked up Embrace because it seemed to be the most cool toned one in the bunch and a bit different from my usual blush colors. It has a ripe berry look to it that will look stunning on deeper skin tones. But with a light hand it works wonders on my light skin as well.
Review: Studio London Flaunt Flawless Cream blush in Embrace
So this only costs £5.00 from Superdrug which is an absolute steal. I believe Studio London is the name brand from the UK drugstore chain so that might explain why this is so affordable. This blush has intensity and great pay off and once settled down it lasts all day.
What does this product have to offer?

This product is a no frills, no fuss cream blush. The packaging is a bit cheap but the product is amazing. This should give an effortless flushed look with a buildable formula that is easy to apply and a blurring effect to the skin. This may look like an intense berry shade in the pan, once blended this is much more like a cooler toned plum. A little goes a long way with this one.
What does this look like in a swatch?

As you can see the swatch is a lot less intimidating than the color in the pan. Where in the pan this looks more like a red I feel this pulls more plum when I swatch it. It has a very strong blue tone to it making this super cool toned. The shade is still intense, but I find that with the right technique this can look beautiful on the cheeks. Work in thin layers and this will look lovely on any skin tone.
What does this look like on the face?

On the cheeks this has a beautiful look. It has that fresh in from the cold look. Going in with a thin layer means you get the most beautiful flushed effect. But it also lasts a long time. I feel this sort of dries then and then just doesn’t budge. Much like a lip stain but then for your cheeks. So if you struggle with making cream blush last this may be an option to look into.
Should you buy the Studio London cream blush?

This blush is an absolute stunner, but if you are not in the UK or if you aren’t planning on going there any time soon, this is probably not going to be easy to access. Still, the product is beautiful and I love how it can work for so many different skin tones. This is beautiful on almost anyone and the longwearing effect makes this suitable for all skin types. A truly lovely product and at this price point it just can’t be beat.
