Shall we rank all of my cool toned palettes? Because that is what I have in store for you today in eyeshadow palette month! I thought it would be time to update you on my palette rankings and where previously I filmed these video over the course of several months, I thought it could be fun to do all of them in the time span of a week, give or take a few days.
