Peripera is a K-beauty makeup brand that I am very interested in. Not only because they do some beautiful products but also because they end up being some of my favorites. As far as K-beauty goes they are also one of the more affordable options as well. So what’s not to love? Let’s review the Peripera Double Longwear Cover concealer.
This product is available in 5 shades. I have owned mine for a while, but just hadn’t gotten around to posting my review yet, so I have the shade that used to be the lightest, but there are now two ligher and also cooler toned shades out. Because that would be my own gripe here: 01 Pure Ivory is a bit too yellow for me.

When I say this is affordable, I mean it. This currently retails for around €6 on Yesstyle and that’s without a discount. So this is on par with affordable brands from the drugstore and I feel this is a much better formula than most. This is however, not very shade inclusive so that could hold some people back from trying this.
What does this concealer have to offer?
The information on the Peripera concealer is mainly in Korean, but from what I can decipher this is a full coverage concealer that should be great for covering up blemishes. It should look natural and has skincare ingredients in it to improve the skin with every wear. Additionally it has a lightweight texture that lasts all day. Those sound like things that I might like, so let’s have a closer look.
What does this look like in a swatch?
Swatched I think you can already see what texture this has. It is a thin formula but still has great coverage. It has a slightly dewy finish which is what I prefer. The thin formula helps this to blend seamlessly into the skin and while this may look like it is going to be too yellow: I mainly use concealer to cover up redness and a yellow tone can help with that in fair skin tones. So for me this ticks many boxes.
What does this look like on the face?
I do really enjoy this. It makes light work of covering up my dark circles (which aren’t very apparent in this image, but trust me they are there) and it cancels out my redness perfectly. With this amount of coverage I feel that a little goes a long way. I only use a dot here and there and I get the coverage I desire. So not only is this cheap to purchase but this will last a long time too.
Should you purchase the Peripera Double Longwear Cover concealer?
This concealer by Peripera is a great one. Now that I have tried it more I definitely think this is one of the better ones in my makeup collection. However, I think prefer others as well. So while this is a standout in my concealer collection, the limited shade range means this won’t be right for everyone.
