Earlier this month you could see me review the Eveline Cosmetics Wonder Match Lumi foundation, but did you know they also do a concealer? Yes, this affordable Polish drugstore brand has a full range of products available and their complexion products are also super light. So let’s give this a while and see how it works.

The Eveline Cosmetics WonderMatch line is a great one. I have tried several other products in the past, loved the formula but the shades were off. So when I saw they do the same formula in a glowy version I knew I had to try again. This time the shade match is on point and guess what?! I still love the formula as much as I did and this concealer works just as well.
Review: Eveline Cosmetics Wondermatch Lumi concealer 10 Vanilla
Since Eveline Cosmetics is a Polish brand this isn’t widely available. However, I found this brand online on several European websites making it so much easier to get. I purchased this concealer through Notino for under €10 but prices on there fluctuate a lot and right now it is slightly more expensive.
What does this concealer have to offer?

The WonderMatch range is one that has a medium coverage that is easy to blend but can also be build up to full intensity. The formula is lightweight and it is easy to apply. The concealer is no different: it has a small doe foot and the texture makes it blend seamlessly into the skin. The lumi foundation has a touch of glow to it which makes this look even more natural than the original version.
What does this look like in a swatch?

I ended up picking this up in one of the lightest shades: 10 Vanilla. This is what I will say about the Eveline Cosmetics shade range: they are light, they lean quite yellow and they don’t do much for deeper skin tones or for cooler undertones. I personally don’t mind having yellow in a concealer as that makes it better at covering up redness which is what I use my concealer for. However, if you were hoping this could be a great cool toned option: it is not.
How does this apply to the face?

Here you can see a bit better what this concealer does. At the top is my under eye withough any product applied. Below is my under eye with the concealer applied before powder. As you can see this isn’t a heavy looking concealer. It also isn’t the most moisturizing either. It is a good smack in the middle formula that isn’t super special, but gets the job done for sure.
Should you buy the Eveline Cosmetics Lumi concealer?

I like this concealer but it’s not an instant favorite. This is a good everyday workhorse but I have concealers, also by similarly priced brands that I like better. This certainly gets the job done and if I had tried this earlier on in my makeup journey it would have been a favorite. It’s simply a good product.
But why I don’t I love this more? This has a tendency to go on a little bit streaky at first. Nothing a bit of extra blending or a finger can’t fix but I have other concealers that don’t do that for me. I also feel this breaks up a little bit on my nose and again I have other concealers that don’t do that. So yes, this is a nice product and I would recommend it, but for me it’s not a concealer that stands out in my collection.
