I spent my fall break in Italy! I traveled solo to Florence and spent a day in Pisa and Lucca. This was more of a cultural city break, so I visited lots of museums, churches and other fun places.
I of course visited all the ‘must see’ places, tried to find the best gelato in town and went to find the most delicious pasta. Because Florence by itself is beautiful, but not quite enough for a 5 day visit, I also spent one day taking a train to two other nearby towns. So let me take you along for the ride.
