It’s summer break! And I have a few trips planned. My first trip this summer? A day trip to Oberhausen. Just across the border from The Netherlands and about a 2 hour train ride away from my home town is this industry town that is home to one of the largest indoor shopping malls in Europe.
Oberhausen itself doesn’t have any main attractions to offer and I only had a day so I didn’t want to venture out too much. On top of that it rained incessantly all day so I decided to go to a museum that was located nearby called Gasometer which was pretty cool. Then I spent the day browsing shops and enjoying food. Come spend a day with me!
